Beyond Minimalism, Beneath the City


当“轻奢”成为一种流行话语，很多空间便开始趋同。

而在这个两层 500 平米的住宅中，我们希望跳脱模板化定义，用材质的组合与空间气质的锚定，构建属于这个三代之家专属的叙事体系。设计不只是风格语言，而是要回到人的生活结构。

When "affordable luxury" becomes a trend, spaces tend to look alike.
In this 500-square-meter, two-story residence, we aimed to break free from formulaic design by using material combinations and spatial temperament to shape a narrative unique to this three-generation household.
Design is not just about style—it should echo the people who live in it.


基础的空间语言我们选择极简路线，弱化造型感，放大尺度与质感之间的对话。大面积铺陈爱马仕灰石材作为地面主调，墙面以温润染色木皮木饰面包裹空间体感，让硬朗的材质里透出沉稳的秩序感。

极简不是少，而是适度而准。

We chose minimalism as the basic spatial language—downplaying complex forms and emphasizing the dialogue between scale and texture.
Hermès grey stone spans large floor areas, while dyed wood veneer wraps the walls, bringing warmth and composure to the solid material palette.
Simplicity is precision, not absence.

贯穿两层的水晶主吊灯从天而降，轻盈地垂落至客厅挑空处，成为空间中唯一的“发光雕塑”。在这组体块理性的布局中，灯光恰如其分地为材质加温，点亮家居的精神象征。

光，是建筑里最情绪化的语言。

The main chandelier, a crystal piece stretching across two stories, gently descends into the open living room.
It becomes the only "luminous sculpture" in the space. In this composition of rational volumes, light adds just the right amount of warmth, illuminating the home’s symbolic core.
Light is emotion, cast in form.

材质上的编织感织物挂饰、皮毛混搭的沙发、布艺墙面、地毯的肌理……这一切细节都在消解硬装的冷感。我们不是回避极简，而是在极简中加入层次，形成一种感知力强但不刻意的空间表情。

柔和，是极简的第二种力量。

Woven textile wall hangings, mixed-fabric and fur sofas, upholstered walls, and textured rugs—all these elements soften the rigidity of the hard finishes.

We do not reject minimalism, but enrich it with layers to create a space that feels strong yet unforced.

Softness adds soul to structure.


三代同堂的空间安排，决定了每一个房间必须拥有自己的节奏与情绪。父母房在温暖的木色与中国风格的特色床型中找到了文化归属感；而女孩房则将梦境般的粉色体系与童趣形体结合，藏着轻盈与想象。

空间也有代际温度。

The layout for this three-generation household required each room to reflect its own rhythm and emotion.
The parents’ bedroom finds cultural resonance in warm wood tones and a bed with traditional Chinese design; the daughter’s room combines soft pink tones and playful forms, full of lightness and imagination.
Design adapts to the rhythm of every age.

我们希望空间不只是“居住”容器，而是能让人停下来的地方。在这里，材质是被感知的；光是被感受的；墙面不是边界，而是一种包裹。生活并不总是高光的，但空间可以让平凡变得温柔。

We hope this space is more than just a container for living—it should be a place where one can pause.

Here, materials are sensed; light is felt; walls are not boundaries, but embrace.

Life may not always be extraordinary, but space can soften the ordinary.

True luxury lies in stillness.


每一次材质拼配，每一个结构处理，我们都在寻找“神与形”的平衡。它可以被看到，也可以只被感知。正如诗意，不是要被强调，而是悄悄存在在生活的每一个角落。

Every pairing of materials, every structural solution, seeks a balance between form and spirit.
Beauty can be visible—or simply felt. Like poetry, it should not be overstated, but quietly reside in the corners of daily life.
Beauty is not what you show—it’s what you feel.


作为设计师，我始终相信：空间表达应有温度、有含蓄、有节奏。它是秩序感、物性美、人情味共同构成的一场对话。风格从不应该凌驾于人的感受之上，生活感才是最终目的。

As a designer, I firmly believe that space should be expressed with warmth, restraint, and rhythm.
It is a dialogue between order, material beauty, and human sentiment.
Style should never overpower feeling—lived experience is the ultimate goal.
Let space hold the soul of living.
